Duties And Responsibilities


Key duties
• Capturing of Cash Book entries and bank reconciliation
• Billing and pnnting of statements
• Attending to queries on billing
• Revenue and debt collection
• Assisting in the preparation of Final Accounts
• Maintaining Council Asset Register
• Preparation of payment Vouchers

Qualifications And Experience


Qualifications & Experience
• At least 5 Ordinary level passes including English and Mathematics
• A Diploma in Accounting
• A Degree in Accounting or Equivalent will be an added advantage
• Knowledge on how Bookkeeping is carried out
• Experience in the Promun Accounting package will be an added advantage
• Al least 3 years’ experience in accounting field
