Job Summary


Managing and overseeing branch personnel, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis. Improving productivity and streamlining branch activities to maximise results and achieve peak performance levels.


Duties And Responsibilities


• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Deal with conflict resolution between employees
• Implement and reinforce effective marketing strategies
• Supervise and monitor day to day business from sales team leaders and administrators
• Achieve set targets
• Interacting with clients on a regular basis to identify business opportunities, ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback

• Resolving clients’ problems and refer to Public Relations if further assistance is needed
• Conduct regular meetings with branch personnel
• Briefing employees on any major changes in service delivery to clients and in the systems.
• Attend to and resolve, all system issues
• Conduct quality control and make follow ups at branch level
• Compiling branch requisitions and submit them to the Finance department
• Maintain the asset register
• Allocation and keeping a record of stationery
• Banking
• Account for all branch matters

Qualifications And Experience


Qualifications and experience
• A degree in Business Management or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the similar position
