The role will delight target consumers, build strong brands and generate strong brand building results.
Duties And Responsibilities
Develops and updates consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for her/his brand in close collaboration with strategic brand team
Activates Brand Essence and Vision
Manages 60/40+ basket, packaging, NHW dashboard, services and CSV related to her/his brand
Develops and updates consumer portrait, understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers
Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes and executes Innovation pipeline, maintains vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands
Contributes to development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand plan.
Tracks and monitors the performance, health and strategic alignment.
Contributes to the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and creates relevant and memorable brand experiences.
Works in partnership with activation agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
Qualifications And Experience
What will make you successful
A degree level education preferably in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing and 1 year another function ideally Sales within FMCG
Experience in leading and managing a cross functional team
Experience working in cross functional teams
