Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitable and experienced candidate to fill in the role of Customer Experience Officer within NMB Bank
Duties And Responsibilities
Receive and attend to customer queries and requests to diverse digital platforms
Produce well articulated reports on customer sentiments to inform service delivery improvements
Upsell and cross sale NMB products and services
Co-ordinate internal query rectification process and facilitate resolutions
Serve as first line contact for all customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications And Experience
Degree in Marketing or Equivalent
Professional Certification Customer Service and selling is an added advantage
Knowledge of selling and customer service practices and principles
Have at least 2 years experience in a Marketing, Banking, Insurance or Customer service environment
Remarkable interpersonal and communication skills with capacity in problem solving and negotiating tactics
Proficiency in ICT systems
