Job Summary


 

We are seeking tenacious, self-motivated, target-driven Sales Executives with a proven track record and solid
experience in IT corporate sales. Your core focus will be to develop business for large corporates in the B2B
sector. A target/goal will be set, and you will work with the appropriate support structures to achieve this goal.
You will be responsible for forecasting, closing, and increasing revenue pipeline. You will have close
involvement in strategy and implementation of marketing activities for their base.

Duties And Responsibilities


 

 Expansion of client base in Harare and surrounds, using various skills, cold calling, contacts, telephonic
etc.
 Focus on the expansion of the SME and corporate market
 Regular customer visits new and existing
 Achievement of monthly targets and quarterly budget
 Rigorous use of company CRM systems
 Reporting on a weekly basis on all sales activities, successes as well as failures and actions to
 improve performance
 Promote and maintain the name of the company
 New business development and actively look for new opportunities daily.
 Prospecting of applicable clients to build new and long-term relationships.

Qualifications And Experience


 

2. Requirements:
 At least minimum 2 years sales experience.
 Own reliable transport will be essential
 Excellent communicator and a profluent presenter.  Quality references a must.
 Good track record of previous sales achievements and extensive experience in all aspects of
relationship management.
 Experience in the Information Technology field.
 Good Microsoft proficiency.
 Previous experience with an ICT company as an external sales representative is preferred.
 Great relationship skills, tenacity, resilience, and inter-personal/presentation.
 Works well under pressure.
 Ability to work as part of a team.
 Ability to solve problems timeously in order to have the best customer satisfaction record.
 No criminal record.
