• Assist in developing and attaining safety, health, environment and quality goals

Duties And Responsibilities

 Increase the monthly near miss reporting
 100% participation of the employees in implementation of the IMS
 Support in employee on-boarding process including the scheduling of inductions for new employees as well as medical bookings.
 Updating IMS files and maintaining all relevant records
 Carry out inspections and follow through the tracking process in the closure of gaping issues to do with Health and Safety of employees.

 Taking the initiative by ensuring that the organization carries out Safety, health and environment (SHEQ) programs.
