A small local start-up in Harare seeks the services of a mature, experienced, and competent lady to join our vibrant small team as an ADMINISTRATION INTERN. Potential candidates :
-Should reside in Harare, Marlborough, Green Croft, Avonlea, Bluffhill, or Marlbereign.
-High level of proficiency and ability to grasp accounting systems used by the organization.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
-Irreproachable integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
-Mature, hands-on, good leadership and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical skills and statistical computation with special attention to detail.
-Ability and willingness to work in a care and female environment and work additional hours as needed.


Duties And Responsibilities


-Budgeting and budgetary control.
-Accounts receivables and payables.
-Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and standards.
-Financial and management accounts reporting and information management.
-Assets management and control.
-Procurement and inventory management and control.
-Policies and procedures development and maintenance.
-Human Resources Administration
-Sales tracking and reporting
-Office Administration

Qualifications And Experience


-Should be studying Business administration or Accounting from a reputable tertiary institution
