Job Summary


Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following position;
Treasurer: Grade 10


Duties And Responsibilities


• Collection, management and allocation of financial resources
• Consolidation and monitoring of council budget
• Production and presentation of monthly and annual financial statements to the Finance Committee
• Preparation of final accounts
• Managing income generating projects
• Advising the Chief Executive Officer on Financial matters
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior

Qualifications And Experience


• First Degree in Accounting
• Professional Qualification such as CIS, ACCA, SAAA an added advantage
• At least five years public sector post qualification experience
• Most be mature, honest and able to communicate at all levels
• Computer literate
• A clean class 4 driver’ s license
