What to watch on Netflix
Ever stared at your television screen, scrolling through the list of movies and shows you could watch on Netflix and after hours of indecision, you settle for a movie disappointing movie? Trust me, it happens to all of us. That’s why daily tech tips have a list of suggestions for great films (and TV shows) to binge-watch.
We all know that Netflix has hundreds if not thousands of movies available to stream and it can get a little overwhelming trying to figure out what to watch. What makes matters worse is that Netflix hits just keep coming up. Anyways to save you of your time and disappointment, here’s a little help on what you can watch this weekend.
1. Extraction
As some of you might know, Netflix released the much anticipated Chris Hemsworth action movie, Extraction.
For those who aren’t familiar with who he is. Hemsworth plays Thor in Marvel superhero film, Avengers. Ring a Bell?
In the action-packed film, Extraction, he ditches the superhero persona most people associate him with. In the film which has since received rave reviews world over, he plays a black-market mercenary who has nothing to lose and is hired to rescue the kidnapped son of an imprisoned international crime lord. But in the murky underworld of weapons dealers and drug traffickers, an already deadly mission approaches the impossible.
To say the least, the film is nothing but divine. However, if you are one of those people who do never succumb to FOMO, just like me, my best advice would be not to rob yourself of this slice of perfect TV just because its trending or was released recently.

2. The King
The King is a 2019 drama film based on several plays from William Shakespeare’s ‘Henriad’. I know what you must be thinking by now, boring! But this political war film will literally blow your brains out, the twist and the turns will also leave you gasping for air. The film is about a wayward prince and is heir to the throne. Most surprisingly, he cares not for power or the formalities associated with royalty. He spends his life on the street, living like a commoner and boozing. However, when his father Henry IV dies he is forced to embrace the life he had previously loathed.
Now the young king must navigate the palace politics, chaos and gain the respect of his people and enemies in his journey to establish his dominance as the king of England. Although he is bent on not turning out like his war-thirsty father, his love for peace nearly costs him his crown as it is seen as a sign of weakness

3. The Last Samurai
Tom Cruise plays Captain Nathan Algren in 2003 film, a troubled American war hero turned mercenary who is hired to instruct the Japanese army in the ways of modern warfare. However, he soon learns to respect his enemy.
After having led the unprepared Japanese army to battle against the Samurai, Tom Cruise finds himself a prisoner of the Samurai swordsmen following a nasty defeat. Imprisoned deep in a village in the forests of Japan, he learns to live, eat and to fight like the Samurai and ends up embracing the same culture which he was tasked to destroy.
