Debtors Clerk
Duties And Responsibilities
The Job
Successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Processing of payments in the ERP System( Odoo)
Customer accounts reconciliations
Prepare daily sales reports
Receive cash and reconcile to sales
Follow up on debtors accounts
Ageing analysis and recommendations
Consignment stock analysis and invoicing
Discount price setting and analysis
Qualifications And Experience
The Person
The following qualifications and attributes are expected
A degree in Accounting or Diploma in Accounting
Knowledge of computers; Microsoft office and Accounting ERP System.
At least 1year relevant working Experience
Attention to detail
Honest and accurate
