Zimasco (Pvt) limited, a major player in Zimbabwe’s Ferrochrome Production, has some ending, and challenging career opportunity at its Kwekwe Division.

Financial Accounting Manager
Duties And Responsibilities
• Working knowledge of SAP packages and SAP Super User training will be a distinct advantage. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Production of financial reports
• Budget preparation and management
• Preparation of operational cash-flows
• Management of creditors and the accounts payable ledger
• General ledger reconciliation
• Payroll administration
• Management of statutory obligations and remittances (VAT, Payee, Withholding Taxes, etc.)
• Management of internal and external financial audits
• Management of the departmental SHE and quality systems
• Maintenance of the Asset Register
Qualifications And Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Accounting degree plus 5 years accounting work experience in a manufacturing or mining environment
• Possession of a professional qualification preferably CIMA, C.I.S, IAC, ACCA will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge of IFRS and IAS a must
