Job Summary

Duties And Responsibilities
-Delegation of planned activities
-Construction site supervision
-Labour control and management
-Project progress reporting
-Security and materials management
-Quality control and assurance
-Ensuring highest standards of safety
-Meeting set deadlines and targets
-Supervise and ensure all site employees and contractors clock in as required by site procedures.
-Meet daily targets
-Any other duties as may be assigned by superiors
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate should;
-Be able to read and interpret drawings
-Have a good eye for detail
-Have the ability to plan and act proactively
-Good communication skills
-High degree of personal motivation
Qualifications And Experience
-A minimum of 5 Ordinary level passes
-Building trade qualification
-5 years’ experience in similar role
