Job Summary
Our client in the water supply and cleaning services Industry is looking to engage highly organized administrative officer to perform all administrative and clerical duties necessary for effective office management. To be successful as an Administrative Officer, you should display good phone etiquette and a thorough understanding of office management procedures. Ultimately, a top-performing administrative officer should be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to complete all duties in a timely manner.
Duties And Responsibilities
– The efficient running of Ravine Water (Private) Limited and Gravitational Solutions (Private) Limited (GSS)’ operations, the effective control of its financial and human resources, and of the technical and administrative systems, in order to contribute to the delivery of the company’s overall commercial objectives.
-People Management
-Customer Liaison; Act as the company’s Public Relations Officer in terms of the maintenance of a good relations with customers as well as good corporate outlook and housekeeping.
-Managing Financials
-Petty Cash Management
-Car Management
-Events Setups ( Including once off cleaning for customer sites)
-Supply Chain Management
-General work management
-SHEQ Requirements
Qualifications And Experience
-At least 5 O’ Levels Including English Language and Mathematics
-Possess a degree/ HND in business Administration or equivalent and/or relevant
working experience.
-Proven experience of running an office without supervision
-A proven track record of inventory management
-Good working knowledge of MS Office and general IT skills, working knowledge of
Quickbooks is an added advantage.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Self-starter and self-motivated

-Problem solver and strategic thinker
-Ability to work with minimum supervision
-High level of attention to detail
