A local Non-Governmental Organisation into Health Research and health related programs is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Executive Director. Reporting to the Administration Manager and the Executive Director the incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks.
Duties And Responsibilities
Managing the Director’s diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary; Managing the Director and other Senior Management’s travel arrangements (including visas / accommodation); Maintaining records of the Director’s contacts; Organising meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers; Providing administrative support for all running programs within the organization; Any other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications and experience
Diploma in Business Administration and Secretarial studies or related studies; At least 3 years’ experience in secretarial work; Highly computer literate; Excellent organizational planning and analytical skills; Exceptional interpersonal communication skills; Ability to work in a team environment; Strong work ethic and ability to under pressure; Willingness to work long hours.
