| Duties and Responsibilities | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Implementing and maintaining SHE management systems. Responsible for scheduling, conducting, and documenting audit findings. Evaluation of compliance at facilities in the areas of Environmental, Health, and Safety. Monitors SHE rules, policies and guidelines. -Think independently regarding the degree of compliance and report such findings. Interpret Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations and their applicability. Responsible for technical work in environmental, health and safety disciplines to achieve compliance with the organization’s SHE standards and with Government regulatory requirements. Investigates accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning hazards or uncomfortable conditions in the work place. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES: Drafting of Policies, manuals and giving guidance on the development of departmental procedures. Developing and managing the Internal Audit program focusing on continuous improvement. Developing, implementing and reviewing awareness training program for the staff. Administering the non-conformance and corrective action programs. Coordinating the Management Review System in consultation with the executive management. Liaison with certification bodies such as Standards Association of Zimbabwe on ISO Certification Audits. Conduct audits to verify compliance with ISO standard requirements; prepare and issue summarized reports on quality Maintain high level of quality awareness at all levels and monitor compliance of the Quality Management System to the ISO Standard. |
| Qualifications and Experience | Perform induction training of new staff (Quality Management Training). KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES An appropriate tertiary qualification from a recognized university is a must. Must have experience of running quality training programs. At least 5 years post qualification experience Experience in Security Services an added advantage Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, organizational and communication skills are all essential. |
