Job Summary
A new Cascade selling establishment is in need of an accomplished Shop Assistant who is self motivated in working in the funeral industry and who has a passion in helping customers find solutions that will help them bury their loved ones in style
Duties And Responsibilities
Receives, unpacks, labels and arranges new orders of products in the shop.
Provides shopping advice and recommendations to customers.
Dispatches products after a sale.
Codes incoming goods for easy accessibility
Takes stock of all products monthly.
Provides shopping advice and recommendations to customers.
Processes customer payments.
Reports for any defects, breakages and returns to the supervisor.
Generates leads for future sales.
Organizes product presentations to potential customers
Cleans and re arranges the store after hours.
Performs any other job related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications And Experience
5 ‘O’ Levels including Maths/Accounts and English.
Diploma in Sales and Marketing .
At least two years working experience as a Shop Assistant.
Proficiency in the Ndebele language.
Experience in the Funeral Industry is an added advantage
