Duties And Responsibilities
1. Ensuring that vehicles are repaired to the highest quality as prescribed by the company guidelines (Quality Checks).
2. Supervising and training staff
3. Monitor work activity in the workshop.
4. Creating and managing the staff, maintenance, and work schedules.
5. Overseeing work to anticipate, detect and address factors that impede operations.
6. Enforcing safety regulations and protocols.
7. Doing vehicle check lists and ensure customer accessories are recorded and locked up
8. Conducting performance reviews with staff.
9. Ensuring vehicle collection complaints are handled
10. Liaising with marketing on job card Time frames
Qualifications And Experience
Class 1 or 2 Journeyman
At least 2+ years working experience in similar position
Clean Drivers License
